1．General Description
Hydraulic transmission winches, No.SDYJ-30ZW is used for autos’elf-rescue, saving and pulling articles, and also for pulling heavy objects, for example: the Roads-clearance wrecking car’s pulling the breakdowns, the engineering installation and the drilling and exploiting of the oil fields and so forth. The products can work for a long time together with the mainframe in the open area, and it has the characteristics of contact construction, small volume, light weight, big pulling force, simple installation methods and convenient maintenance．
2．Construction and Working Principles
Construction:
SDYJ-30ZW specially adopts the advanced circle-arc tooth worm auxiliary transmission, whose carrying capacity is far more than 50% higher than common worm auxiliary transmission, and the transmission efficiency is improved 10%.It also has the characteristics of stable transmission and convenient operation. This winch is mainly composed of turbine-worm reduce、hydraulic motor with low speed and big torque、mechanical clutch、winding drum and so on.
Principles:
1. The hydraulic motor changes the hydraulic energy gained from the hydraulic system into the mechanical energy
2. The worm auxiliary reducer reduces the speed and increases the torque on the winding drum
3. The steel rope enwinds on the drum finishes the purpose of pulling heavy objects.
